COMMUNITY - NON RESIDENTIAL Our experience in multi family housing spans projects from high-density urban apartments to lake front and ski slope condominiums. Projects include new construction, historical renovation and recycling buildings from other uses to housing. Designs are efficient, inspiring, planned for people, and within the environmental and urban contents of the site.
Our commercial projects focus on the use of recycled materials and feature personal atmospheres. Our professional experience includes commercial and industrial complexes, government buildings, and religious facilities. They combine passive solar elements, theatrical design, and 'main street' urban concerns with the more complex issues of non-residential design. Visit the links below to see two recently completed buildings in Sandpoint, Idaho, and to see earlier passive solar design projects.
