PREVIOUS NEXT	COMMUNITY - NON RESIDENTIAL Our experience in multi family housing spans projects from high-density urban apartments to lake front and ski slope condominiums. Projects include new construction, historical renovation and recycling buildings from other uses to housing. Designs are efficient, inspiring, planned for people, and within the environmental and urban contents of the site. Our commercial projects focus on the use of recycled materials and feature personal atmospheres. Our professional experience includes commercial and industrial complexes, government buildings, and religious facilities. They combine passive solar elements, theatrical design, and 'main street' urban concerns with the more complex issues of non-residential design. 	PARK COTTAGES 16 attached residential rental units designed as small cottages, within 4 buildings on an urban infill lot in Sandpoint, Idaho. Site and units designed to 'create a place' for community to occur.

	GREEN LANE COMMUNITY Master Planning for 22 unit Solar Oriented Court Cluster Community Focus Development within Sandpoint Idaho city limits on 3.5 acre site.

	HEARTWOOD CENTER Historic St Joseph Catholic Church, a Sandpoint community landmark built in 1907, transformed into a community gathering and performance center.

	LAKE PLAZA Renovation of 20,000 sq ft office-retail buildings built in the 1970s and 1990ï¿½s in downtown Sandpoint. This energy and sun orientated renovation design creates a new life for this deteriorated-under-used- high energy-outdated building.

	CEDAR STREET STATION These early 1900's Sandpoint railroad buildings underwent renovation, and became a furniture showroom, a manufacturing facility, and a collection of small shops. The new building demonstrates "Historical Image Restoration."
